Reply: English "grammer", aside, my advice is yes you need to learn when to keep your mouth shut... that's one I have to work on myself! It's not easy.

Reply: Dave101, don't let get to you that the others mocked your English. Assumptions and judgements are things that they both have trouble with, apparently. My advice to them is to do unto others as they would want them to do unto themselves...in other words-don't be mean. We are all adults here. Anyway, dave101, yes, keep your outh shut and your thoughts of your boss or manager to yourself. Gossip in the workplace can destroy your career and if you cannot say it to the person's face, you should not say it to anyone, unless asking advice. It is not easy to hold your tongue, but, be careful with the words you choose.
