    Fraud, Theft Coverup

Recently, I was 'fired' from a Major Gas Station-Convience Store without being provided with proof of their claims that I was stealing from the store. In a 'meeting' with the store manager (who never had a complaint) and 2 district managers - I was told that I 'obviously was the person responsible' called a liar, called a thief, banned from the premises with threats against my family and friends.

I have requested in writing a meeting with this Store's Regional Manager and those involved in this 'meeting' and asked for copies of my personal file - - that was over a month ago. Not a word from these people!

I have sent a follow up letter today - but really feel that this company is getting gouged by its UPPER Managament - the losses there are huge and I know it's not ME that is doing it . I see I can't name names here, but I would like advice on what to do next. My parents are livid and support me in my need to clear my name.

Reply: Too late.....the minute you had any knowledge of what was about to unfold...you needed to retain a lawyer and threaten legal action. Your options are limited at this point...move on and forget about it.
