    I need help

    I work in the retail busness. I am a manager, I have a boss that love to me him self look good, and theres nothing wrong with that but, and the same time he is losing customers and making employees not happy what can I do.

    Reply: Is there someone you can trust (in HR) that you can discuss this with? Or does he have a boss you could talk to? Maybe they don't know what is going on.
