Reply: Are you able to talk to HR about this? Or is there someone there that you can trust and go to for some support? I understand how you feel - I too have been in that situation.

Reply: Contact HR, contact his/her boss, use the chain of command... or... be upfront and honest with this person - even if it means confrontation (in private) ... or... start looking for other work and on that day when you give your two week written notice, also hand them a note with your very unemotional, professional opinion.

Reply: I work in a large corporation and I have a vendictive boss as well or protects her sorry ass at my expense. She is a wifty 61 year old who has done nothing but retaliate against me for documenting the way she treated me. HR did nothing but protect the manager. Now I am on a 60 day probation where she documented nothing but lies...no one will listen to me, just handed me a piece of paper. Talk about being unfair...
