Document everything!! And I mean everything. Their actions and statements to you and to others. Be the perfect employee. I know it's not easy but it will pay off in the end. You must put yourself on the offense instead of the defense. Right now you probably feel helpless but you will find that every time you document another little tidbit, it makes you feel more in control. When you feel you have enough, take it to someone higher. In the past, I have found, that if they suspect you are doing this, they back off. Remember, if it isn't documented, it didn't happen. Dates, times, exact actions or statements and witnesses. Good luck!! |
