This is an excerpt from a bullyonline site. I've also added suggestions from correspondance on other forums:

"Abusive conduct includes physical or mental maltreatment, improper use of power, departure from reasonable conduct."

"Harassment includes words, gestures, actions which tend to annoy, harm, abuse, torment, pester, persecute, bother, embarrass another person; subjecting someone to vexatious attacks, questions, demands or other unpleasantness".

If that is the mandate, if that is the way this company sets its policies and treats its employees, then you don’t want to be there anyway. Afterwards, remember to:

    " Keep close to friends.

Try to partition off the work part of your life, away from the better bits.

    Be proud to survive.

Do not look for logic behind the way you are being treated."
