Problem Bosses: Who They Are and How to Deal With Them

Reviewer/Reader Feedback: "Grothe and Wylie's program does not simply tell the reader what to do, it carefully examines the world of the problem boss, where he comes from, how he got the way he is and why he gets away with it. Then, through a series of exercises, it prods the reader into reaching his own conclusions about his employer/employee relationship."

My boss had no enthusiasm, no personality. This guy had no confidence in anyone's abilities. He was a neurotic micromanager with an inadequate personality a real screw up. Canton MA

I brought this book as a secret santa gift for the two women who have been employed to fill the space I left after I resigned from working for a lazy ole hag who gets paid for doing nothing but moan about her staff and who gets in the way of their progression by stopping them from further training because shes intimidated by their ability.
