Three years to go to pension is a massive barrier to finding another job. This means staying trapped in a small company (under 10 employees) with a boss who is either mad or bad. We did spend some time searching the net with his symptoms and came up with the autistic spectrum. He doesn't talk to us, he listens even less and if you challenge him he gets a red face and starts yelling. New recruits stay six weeks at most. We, who remain, salute you.

Reply: If I was in your shoes- and had 3 years to go to Pension- I would bow down - back off - and go with the flow, telling yourself every day- I CAN MAKE 3 MORE YEARS. get it -live it= You can do it. And yu will

Reply: Hey man, it sounds like you've probably been working for way longer than 3 years, and 3 years will go by rather quickly. If you can make it and the pension is worth it, just suck it up and do it. Then you're done. If you really think it's that miserable that losing your pension is worth it... then get out of there. You'll be better off if you can find something that makes you happy. You may have to work for more years of your life, but at least you'll be content doing it. Better than wasting 3 years of your life to be just as happy not working when you're done...

Reply: Leave. (What if he fires you a month before you hit 3 years. It's random. It will happen with this type of person.)
