My Boss sometimes doesn't speak to me for weeks on end for no apparent reason but as he owns the Company there's nowhere to go with this issue. During these times he talks at greatlength to everyone else and makes me feel like a complete outsider. He does this for so long then when he can see that it's really getting me down he speaks to me as if I'm his best buddy in a busy office then passes me on the corridor and if there's no-one there barely grunts again. Any ideas how I can stop this getting to me?
