    Study on Bad Bosses

    Hello everyone,

I am a graduate student from Penn State working on a study of bad boss behavior for my dissertation. More specifically, I am trying to develop a measure of bad boss behavior that can be used to predict and assess such behavior in the future. This should hopefully help to make the kinds of negative experiences discussed on this site less frequent. If you would like more information on the study or have about 15 minutes free to take a survey that will be used to refine a list of bad boss behaviors, I would greatly appreciate it if you could go to the site:

    Thanks and good luck,

    Brian
