Employer made comment on Chinese people

My employer is having communication and social skills problem, he doesn't know how to talk to people, he will just open his mouth and start talking whatever he feels like, few times he was making a comment on Chinese people, he said Chinese doesn't know how to count, they are color blind and not organize people. He is in business for more than 16 years in USA but doesn't know the law, he did even mention one of our customer we have that he thinks is a gay, he thinks that will be a problem doing business with him because of that reason.

Are you still there!! He is a bad person bottom line. I mean the guy splashed ink on you and when you told him to stop... he didn't. That shows lack of respect and regard for others, so it should not be a surprise that he stereo types Chinese people and he has a hard time dealing with someone that has a different sexual orentation than him. Those are all his issues, so try not to make them yours. Like I said before, if you are not happy or comfortable in your position, you should take your skills else where. |

Thank you Darvey, I feel good after I read your comment. I've been looking but in the meantime I just want to share more stories. You're right, he is a bad person, but to me, he is not only bad, he is extremely stupid. |
