My employer is sick in the head

Around 7 years ago, my father was so sick in the hospital, I need to take some time off to stay with my father until he passed away, but in the meatime, I called my co-worker to update her that my father status, after few days my employer all of the sudden went up to my co-worker and asked when my father will die that I can come back to work, and my co-worker was shock and answer "I don't know, only God will know". After one week when I came back to work, I was trying to confirm with my employer that I would get paid during the week off, he was trying to fight with me and not paying me at all until I show him the company policy. Around couple years ago, his "cold blood" turn in to "ice blood", he has no heart at all. Funny things is,he gets more and more stupid every single day, I really don't know how he can survive without knowing how to add paper to the printer, don't know how to turn off the laptop when its freeze, spill coffee to the laptop then spill orange juice to the new laptop.
