My boss really needs to get help... She is in this great mood and has all this energy one second and then like 10 minutes later she is a complete bitch and complains about how nothing gets done (when we are all doing what she told us to do 10 minutes before her bipolar episode) and then she tries to make everyone look bad because she is insecure with her job and her boss. We have a girl that put her two weeks in and already has another job. The girl was only there for a month and our boss is really coming down on her. She is telling her things like its good your leaving because it wasnt going to work out anyway and then when the girl goes to make a decision (she is an asst manager) our boss tells her no or will demean her right in front of people which has to be so embarassing.. I dont know what to do I thought about calling our DM but then it will just make it harder on all of us....
