Her position is above mine but we both report to the same person. The issue is that she really thinks she's the boss and she's rude to both me and our supervisor. She takes a demeaning and intimidating tone and just has this "I really should be running this place" attitude. She tells my boss about all these things I did incorrectly when 2 seconds earlier she was praising me for my hard work; I can't help but feel like I'm being set up. I've spoken to my boss about it and he said he was already aware of the situation and would address it again... but nothing is changing. It's almost getting worse now that I've been here a little while and am feeling comfortable. I don't want to say something to her because she has had employees fired for going up against her (seriously). I am running out of idea short of just looking for a new job :( To reply to this topic or add a comment, just complete our 20-second registration process which is free and confidential.
