I just don't know how to name my employer, maybe anyone can help me on this. I really believe he is the stupid one on the planet. He broke the copier machine paper tray, the replacement came in today, he asked me to call the computer consultant to do the installment, I asked him what kind of installation, he said the copier machine, I told him that he just needs to plug in to the outlet and no need for any installation, then he brought the machine to his office and open the box, then he complained, the machine is look different than the old one and he doesn't know what to do, i repeated to him again, just plug it in to the electric outlet, that's all he needs to do, after couple minutes, he came out with the mad voice tone and said," just have someone to come in, I will pay for it". I said "ok", He got upset because no one willing to get up and offer to help him. Afterward, he came out again to find something to give me hard time. He will get upset easily and impatient if he doesn't get what he wants.

Reply: I'm so glad you took my advice and are trying to find some humour in your boss' bad behaviour! Laughing's 'way more fun than getting into a stressed-out snit, isn't it? Your story reminds me of the time when I attended an executive meeting and the VP hosting it tried and tried to get the projector to work, all to no avail. He began swearing and bashing the machine with his fists, so before he could break it completely, I quietly got up and stuck the machine's plug into a wall socket - and the machine lit up! The VP then threw a tantrum (in front of his peer VPs!), pointed at me furiously and accused me of being "in cahoots" to embarrass him in front of his peers. (He never specified who/what I was "in cahoots" with, so I can only assume that he thought I was "in cahoots" with the machine itself.) This occurred over 20 years ago and I still laugh when I think about it.
