so i work as a cleaner at a university and we have a new boss.we had many people quite and she forced me into a night shift knowing well enough i go to school.we are always shortstaffed and i felt i was being overworked and was getting sick a lot,and workers were taking shortcutsso i complained to human resources because i felt it is a health hazard at an institution if it is not cleaned properly.i mean imagine if they had a norovirus outbreak or something....howver the whole issue just turned on me and now my boss is a total bitch to me.since i am also a nursing student and there are times when i cannot come to work because of a clash in shifts or have to leave an hour early to make it to my clinical she always tells me she has the right to grant it or not even though i said i would be taking the hour without pay.she wont allow me a couple days off that i need for school.when i pointed out that she just granted some other employees days off she said that was none of my bussiness??what??like i m giving in my resignation tomorrow.

Reply: resigning is a great start to resolution of this. The next step you should take is to add some english and grammar classes to your current class schedule. Being able to cummunicate your concerns clearly is critical to achieving your desired goals.
