My employer is an USO (unknown stupid object)

My employer allowed his friends from High school to send all the nasty jokes, naked woman pictures and races comment for gay people and different nationality emails to our business email account, he knows that very well we all can read it. I found one of the email was making fun of Chinese women has smell from the private part but part of email was with different language, I have my friend translated to me. When I came to work on Monday, I replied to that email to let them know that is not professional having races comment, my employer saw the email I sent, he came out and start talking non sense to me and requested to talk to my friend about the translation, I told him that I don't want my friend to get involve, he was just doing my flavor to do the translation, that is no point for my employer to contact my friend,(the USO really out of his mind). My co-worker has back me up because she also saw some other nasty joke talking about blonde women smelly too, 3 of us start talking about it, my employer told us that he was so trust us not reading those emails, for my understanding, he means is ok to receive those emails as long as we don't read it?????? I told him that in United States won't allow any races comment or sexual harrasment issue at work. He look at me and said" oh really!!" He also said that he thinks is ok with those jokes, that because is only between men to men joke, and he also using my son as an example, he said my son will do the same thing in the future, talking nasty joke with his friend. That's really make me upset by using my son as an example. We were talking more than an hour, talking to my employer like talking to a retarded, but one thing is good, the next store of our office listened to the whole conversaton, they were laughting because they think my employer is an idiot, they also think that he needs some kind of improvement of his communicate skill talking with employees. (Anyway the whole conversaton was non-sense to me, he just wants to yell at me by sending the email to his friend, now he feel he is losing face to his friend.) Of course he doesn't care how his employees feel.
