What should you do when a boss indirectly threatens your life, after stealing more than $4MM worth of business from you?

Here, I find myself in the unfortunate position of being told to leave my employer with only one week to rent being due. I'm now unemployed, facing being homeless and barely able to keep my fridge stocked. It all began about 8 months ago, when I was contacted by a website asking whether I was interested in working in a sales capacity for their site. After looking at the site, I immediately thought that it wasn't quite a fit for my corporate background. It was auto related and had scores of barely clothed women pictured. After clicking on their videos, however, I found them to have a bit of quality and agreed to interview. For the most part, I was hired on the spot. Given a start date, salary plan, etc. Considering that I had been desperately looking for work at this time, I accepted the offer against my better judgement. Who offers a job on the spot, without even checking referenced? That was red flag number 1. I was told that it was a startup and that money was limited, but they were in the process of finding funding.
