I live in a cold state and temperatures get pretty low. It's a house renovated to offices. So there are separate rooms and electric baseboard heating throughout. I am in an office with my boss and she refuses to put on the heat in winter. Her past assistant's didn't fight her on it and froze in winter. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and darn it, I like to be warm. Sometimes she lets me put the heat on for a little, just part of the day. What can I do?? Do I have any rights in this matter?? I'm not asking to have the heat at 90 but when it gets down to 15 degrees in winter, I like to be warm! The other offices have only 1 person in each, and they get their own control of heat. I have no control! She told me to bring in a little space heater - why do I have to provide my own heat - I'm working for them! Thanks!
