My boss is pulling rank as he says. He says he needs shifts because he needs the money, and will take my shifts because they are the busier nights(We work in a bar). He also says that if we are over in our til say 10,20 or 30 dollars that we are to pay this to him for being over, because something was not punched in and thinking we are trying to steal from him. If this is so then WHY is the money still in the till and counted.I believe this is illeagal along with the fact he wants a shift when he needs money. I mentioned to him that He owns 2 business and has a wife who works fulltime and makes great money, why does he need my money. This is my only job. What am I to do.In todays economic world I need my money as I have been doing the same shift for the last 7 years. PLZ HELP ME.
