Hi, I am currently working at Icing and I was recently written up. I have been working for this company over 18 months and I have finally decided that I am unhappy with the relationship I have with my boss. It all started when the assistant manager called in stating that her car would not start. I was on call for that day but it just so happens that I was not feeling well. The manager wrote me up because I couldn't make it to work ( to fill in for the assistant manager). The assistant manager calls in just about every three weeks or so and yet I was written up. I am in a delicate situation. I have always been on time and I have only called in twice since working. I don't know what to do. I am still very young.
