Can't bite my tounge anymore.

So my boyfriend and I work at the same location. currently the situation is he is getting treated horribly. After reading a lot of advice already given i still struggle with holding back from completely loosing it at work. watching him get called names and how they take advantage of him is driving me insane.

we have tried contacting the manager but the funny thing is even though she is scheduled 7am-4pm she comes in when ever she wants and leaves about 2 hours after. and when we finally get a chance she tells us shes to busy. shes always to busy for her staff. her recent actions have been so horrible and its getting to the point where im about to snap. because of her horrible managing ways two people quit with in the same month , one being an assistant manager and one being a super visor. she was able to get supervisors ok but we needed a new Assistant manager. She had promised this girl, her "pet" as stated by several other employees the position when she comes back from maternity leave how ever this was not her call, yet she still had that promise. then our new supervisor who has been with the company for a while who was just transferred to our location a few months ago really wanted it to. so she summit ed her resume to the manager and she has been waiting for the decision. just recently my supervisor got a call telling her that she had 2 letter of reference but no resume. apparen;y my manger didnt summit any other resume except the one for her "pet." this reallly broke my supervisors heart. so that was my first trigger. i wanted to jsut snap.

the other issue is with my boyfriend. theres this one supervisior who just has it out for him. shes called him names, given him all the dirty work, treats him horribly and he doesnt even back talk her or anything. recently he asked to be premoted to supervisior and the manager said she would let the other supervisiors watch him carefully and make sure he was capable of this. however we learnt later on none of the other supervisors knew this but the one who hates him. so tonight he asked if it was going to happen and he was told most likely not because of his ATTIDUTE towards the one supervisor.so basically they use him to fill in for when they dont have an actual supervisor he just doesnt get paid the same.

i dont know what to do. i really want to just snap abut cant...because i really dont know what to say. please help me.
