    My Boss

    Heres the situation,My boss owns a window cleaning company in vancover,Hes had it for a year,some of us employees have been here foreever,Hes knows fuck all about anything,yet he thinks he does,He puts unexperienced employees off the ground working 40 storys ,These are young kids(maybe your son, he has no fuckin sense,He treats us all like shit,He calls himself president of the company,give me a break,hes a fuckin piece of work,Any advice on what to do with a fuckin piece of shit like this,

    Reply: Look for another job. Tell the families of the young guys your boss is endangering what he's doing to them. Do it anonymously if you can. You wouldn't want someone falling to their death on your conscience because you said nothing to anybody. Tell those young guys who aren't vested in their jobs to take better care of themselves and stand up for themselves and not to take this boss' (or any boss') shit, especially at their own risk. Call the labor or safety board in your area and report boss. Form another window cleaning company with those guys you've worked with for ages and run this fuckhead's business into the ground. These are my ideas, let us know what happens anyway. Oh yeah, and piss in his coffee.
