    Hi,

This posting is to that fellow that thought there are a lot of integrates here on the complaint list. As if they are complaining about having to learn how to buck up and allow to be trained properly. (MY edit). Maybe you are correct-okay You ARE correct BUT what about people, as myself, who knows how to take orders, listen to the bosses complaints and turn that info into a task top be tackled and resolved within a couple of hours? I have been fired regularly for actually knowing how to "hear the problem" act on it as well as getting it done, while doing the basic job. I hear the boss constantly say "nobody cares, everyone's lazy, and why do I have to DO everything". Over and over again I hear the bosses complain. Even though everyone t(other than the boss) I;E other employees, customers, bosses spouse say, "WOW, you are really helping ge things back to order". But, in the end the boss feels uncomfortable with me, (probably because he/she has run out of things to b__ch about and then I am fired. So, what's up with that? Am I dealing with bosses with PTSD from past lazy employees or just abusive bosses? I'd say definitely the latter but perhaps with the former now mixed in because he/she is used to rapid turnover. Let me tell you, there is a lot of abusive bosses out there. That might eventually loose there business but not until they've ruined those of us who have great work ethics but end up with no pay, no good reference fro this boss only to feel bad about ourselves and then go into jobs the start this abuse all over again. They are as bad as abusive husbands in that the cycle seems to never stop due to bad references and having to just take whatever jobs out there..etc. You get the point but this is a very real and big problem.

Reply: If by "integrates" you actually mean "ingrates" then it's probably me you're referring to. However, you completely misunderstood what I was trying to say. All I meant was that when I take the time and trouble to research an issue for a poster here, it would be nice if said poster acknowledged my efforts. Period.
