i have been working at this restaurant for the last 3 years, this last year i've been managing.

i was best friends with my bosses before taking the position... but as of late things have gone sour.

i'm constantly getting yelled at, but not just yelled at, SCREAMED at, for minor issues that could easily be talked through.

she complains about me to my fellow manager.

threatens to everyone around the restaurant that if i "don't get my fucking shit together, i'm out of there"

well, just yesterday i put my 2 weeks in.

and i was treated terribly the entire day.

i'm not sure i can take this sort of treatment for an entire 2 weeks.

    what do i do?

Reply: There is no legal requirement for giving notice, so legally, you don't have to go back to work. The only penalty will be that you won't get paid for the time you're not there. If you can afford to not get paid for the remainder of your notice period then I recommend you just call your boss and say "Sorry, I'm not coming back."
