    My Mental Headcase Boss

Let me tell you all about my boss. She is completely two-faced. She will stab you in the back in a heartbeat like she recently has done to me. It's amuzing how she will put on a front when senior VPs come to check on things and try to talk to us like we don't know anything. When they are not around, however, she just always says "I don't know, I don't know". When minor mistakes are made she freaks and calls everyone else and talks about how incompetant we are. She is so stupid and loves to talk down to others(including me) to make herself look good, and she loves to do it infront of other people. Oh yeah...and she is a total alcoholic....and is cheating on her husband, but she loves to spread rumors about all of us when really she is the one doing these things!!!! It's pretty funny...you gotta laugh to keep from crying right?

Reply: Such a kind of person is not worthwhile to work with because she doesn't like the one who is competent but she likes the one whose capabilities and compentency are inferior to hers. So you will never be liked by her if you have more competency and capability.
