Boss regards himself very knowledgeable

I now work in the program which implement and collaborate between three organizations. my own boss regards himself very knowledgeable to me but he is nothing, beside he can speak french, he is nothing. he cannot speak english, type computer, checking mail.etc.But he pretends himself he understands everything. He doesn't know much about the program. I hate him so much. he just preaches and preaches. When there is a meeting between the three organizations, he never show his idea beside listening and said yes or ok. nothing else.
