hi, i have probably the worst boss in the world, not only is he my boss, he is the owner. i have been looking for a new job for 6 months now, he found out and is literally making my life hell. my stomach hurts, i have lost weight, can't sleep. he calls me a f------ b----, threatens me on a daily basis, has just started to say he will take money from my pay for any little thing he finds i do wrong, and it is stuff he finds AFTER i leave work for the day and boy is he ever looking for stuff.' i cry alot, but not around him. isn't there a state agency that helps people like us. i got smart today, got a tape recorder, but is that really going to help me? i got the recorder because he is a compulsive liar, has promised me 2 raises, then says he never said it, his rules change by the hour. god i can't take it anymore, what do i do?

Reply: i understand i have been to that but the best way is to talk to his best friend who is close to him and you explain your situation and if he is an understanding and sensible person he will listen to him and finally your problem may be solved if all that cant work ma friend you give up than being stressed.
