When your Boss is a lazy bum

One of the greatest difficulties of my job, is dealing with a boss that is lazy and innefficient who delegates and washes his hands of problems, "so that he is not involved if things go wrong" when he never stands up to you when u really need it. He calls you at odd hours of the morning and constatly is texting and not paying attention to his job, and of course I end up doing his share. Then he tries to manipulate and make u feel bad as if you are not doing enough. Has favorites who pretty much as the same as the boss, lazy. They never seem to do much work just breeze during the day, and asI mentioned before you end up doing there load of work. He is racist, only protect "anglos". and us as latin americans even are made fun of. He is constantly watching behind your back. Because he thinks that someone is going to backstab him-very paranoical. He has spies at work... I have been in and out of depressions a couple of times. Im still working here because the job is wonderful, but the boss is the one that is making my life hell and miserable. He is always on the defense, never lsitens to any suggestions. And when you suggest a good idea , does not thank you and gets credit for it.
