My boss is getting worst!!

My boss is getting worst hour by hour, he became a person that can't communicate at all. He can't complete the whole sentence when he talks, let say, he needs a staple remover, he would come out and ask " do you! do you! ahhh the thing, the thing that take the staple away? He always ask a question without getting the point, we all have to guess what he was trying to say. Last Friday, I and my boyfriend saw him at the mall, he was walking around by himself, he looked like he was lost, when we saw each other, my boyfriend asked him where his family at, he replied "ahhh!! upstairs the store, ahhh!!" then my boyfriend asked again "oh, upstairs restaurant or cafe?" My boss replied " yeah! yeah! cafe! cafe!". I know there is no cafe at that area, then I said " you mean the clothing store?", then he gave me the scary answer, "yeah!yeah! clothing store! ahhh! hmmm...! He is so stupid!! I was telling my co-worker that maybe he should go to THAT cafe to order a dress to eat instead of human food. While I was on the phone with my co-worker, she told me that she has asked my boss to get a recommendation letter before she leaves the company, my "smart" boss told her that he never seen a recommendation letter before and he doesn't know how to write it for her. He was asking my co-worker to type up one that he can sign it. He makes mistake every single day, but he denied that he has any medical or mentally problem.
