Boss doing drugs all day every day

Boss constantly smoking marijuana during work hours on work premises, causing unpredictable character and clouded judgment. He is also a diabetic who battles with his blood sugar and has uncontrollable mood swings. Recently let me go due to his altered, jaded state. What can I do? Open for suggestions...

Reply: I totally understand what you are up against. Sorry you lost your job. I wish I had words that would help you out. The only thing I can say is I understand. I am in the same situation. Both my bosses smoke pot and one actually goes outside and does it. Now I have only been with the company for 4 months ,there are only 6 employees at this location. So if I call the DM who's going to believe me. One of them actually ask me if she could smoke it in my car so no one would notice. We are in a strip mall. How nuts is this situation. They both talk about it. One of them is being helped by the state so she has to take regular drup test and knows how to pass them. In fact one day she left the job site and said I am going next door to purchase some items, I have drug test tommorrow and I need to make sure I show up clean. Now I need !!! this job in the worst way. I have never worked before. I am a empty nester that was a stay at home mom that is now on her own and trying to make ends meet. So what do you do? Keep my mouth shut and go along so I can eat and have a roof over my head. They are putting me in an impossible situation. I am always looking for something better but I love this job,and I am good at it. They are gossiping ,cruel women and I get knots in my stomach everyday not knowing for the first 30 min or so how they will act for the day. Fact is they are worse when they dont smoke. They are always having a bad day or feel bad, or some mojor issue in there life. Always something. If you can help me out by telling me some ideas, since it sounds like you have dealing with this for a longer period of time then me. thanks
