    quiting my job??

I am thinking about quiting my job soon due to a bullying boss. He bullies me and the other owners or management know nothing about it. After I quit I am thinking of sending an email to the superiors i have not talked to about why I left.

In my email i would like to tell them about his abusive, explosive behavior. should I do this? can I get in trouble for it?

Reply: Do you have a cell phone with a voice recording option? Find out and use it. Go into their office and set the phone on your lap and let them yell, scream and threaten away! You have it recorded and then you can go to HR or a lawyer. Best advice I ever got. He will get fired and the company cannot fire you for protecting yourself.
