    dumba** boss

I work at a bank in a small town where the gossip train is always rolling. My boss is such a dumb-ass. She has only recently learned how to use email. She reminds me of a nervous rat. She runs up to me and rattles something off bumbling her words, then in an instant she's gone. I'm left wondering what just happened!?? She uses her customer service rep to do her job. She makes the CSR feel like she's going to move up in the company to manipulate her to do her job. I don't know why the CSR falls for this. I really don't think someone with only grocery store work experience, no class credits, poor social skills, only high school educated is really going to be a BANK MANAGER!! Problem is upper management never sees what a ding-bat they have representing them at this office.
