How to deal with a psychotic boss who belittles people. Don't these people know we are people too. I think they don't believe we are they just want the work place to be chaotic and crazzzzy! Geez would someone get rid of these psychotic fools please.

Go to Employee Justice Report (dot) and file an anonymous report on your boss for everyone to see. You can also rate your boss. |

I am in the same position @ a city agency in ny, bad bosses are every where corporate or city jobs, he she will never change but you can, I stayed in my job way too long and invested a lot, have been bullied by managers at this place and have allowed it because my job is secure but the quality of my life is awful as a result. Prepare yourself to leave as soon as you can. |
