    Am I loosing my mind?

Hi. I'm very thankful I came across this site. Even though I just started my new job, it hasn't been an easy start. I work in the retail business. I am an employee who has Asperger's, and even with having a job coach helping me, there still tends to be problems. One of the managers that oversees the area of where I work, hardly notices me. Ever since the first day I started working, this manager has never called me by my name. This person has always called me by another employee's name and laughed about it, and ended it with an excuse. There have been other issues as well. There was a day that I thought it was going to be a usual work day. But, when I arrived, I was informed by the same manager that I had the 'day off'. I asked if I could return home. However, their answer was that they wanted me to work my usual shift. It left me very confused. As for solutions, I'm a little stumped at this point. I keep thinking that things will get better, but for each day that I go in, I'm either ridiculed by the co-workers or the same manager causes me more stress. Today, I used earplugs for the first time and that did help some.
