My boss is getting a habit to watch porn movie at work

My boss starts watching porn movie 5 days a week now, he turns the volume so high that I can hear so clear, one time I just pretend to give him some document, as soon as he saw me, he switch the screen right away, another day, I think he turned the volume real high by accident. Since then, I open the office door in case anything happen that I can fly outside for help, my co-worker suggested me that everytime when I hear anything, just intercom him and see he is ok, just pretend I concern about him, hopefully that way he will realize I can hear from my desk, of course, everytime when he was watching it without closing his office door, what he expects!!! In fact, he is watching right now while I am typing this.

Hi poohbear, welcome back! Is this the same boss you had before? If so he's just getting worse!
I think that finally you may have a legal complaint you can make about this guy, but only if your company has 15 or more employees...is this the case? |

hhaaha thats really rude and unethical.. I think you should tell you higher boss than him that ur boss is doing somthing not helpful to his job. goodluck. haha |

Yes, is the same boss. I did visited a department that I can complain about my boss doing something like that, the agent explained to me that I have to notify my boss that I know he was watching porn movie, if he does it again, then I can complaint, otherwise, they will not take the case. My question is, if I go tell my boss I know he was watching the porn movie, probably he will find the way to fire me the next day. One time, I asked the receptionist from the next store to come over to pretend asking me question, when he stand by our office door, he could hear the noise from my boss laptop that you see how loud he plays with the movie! In fact, he is watching now, I am ready to go outside for a break instead of listening. |
