    Working with superiors

    Am findng it hard to getting my suprior on board with my work basically due to the fact that i dont work dirently under him and do not report to him.

    He now block most of decision which in the long run makes me seek higher management for solutuions. I however think i can not keep working like that for it affects my career. please advice

    Reply: i need to know legally what i could do about a Senior VP , Who i dont even report to who has BE LITTLED me from day 1. Mentally i cant take it anymore, He does it when he can.He uses his position witin in the company to mentally stress & be little me every chance he gets .? HELP !
