    Review Not True

I accepted Activity Director position at an Adult daycare. Being concientiuos to provide a superior experience for clients,I began to bring to my supervisor's attention the ill treatment of client such as rude comments to them and being left to sit in soiled pants.I told her when I was hires I am not STNA but I do have experience in education and operations of a daycare. I believe she must have told the employees that I had complained because a whole new can of worms was opened.STNA directly refused to help with craft and activitied playing tit for tat games because I would not change clients. My supervisor acted concerned but I noticed a change in her. In the past month she brought in crafts for the Stna to do with clients, completely undermining all activities that were planned. I was then called off due to low census for over 14 days. I decided to renew my teacher certificate to substitute teach for a local school district to make up for the days I am called off. I am now per diem and plan the calendar & do monthly documentation on days when I don't get called out to sub.

I have just been paid back with a review that is negative and trumped up. I refused to sign it because what she has written is untrue. Should I write a letter confronting and supporting with documentation why her claims are false or should I just cut my losses? Why are there so many unjust people in the workforce? She did not deal with any of the issues I brought to her. Most days I ran the entire day while the STNA went outside smoking constantly.Once they realized that they were not going to bully me into changing people the employees made up lies about my job performance as well as my immediate supervisor.

Reply: Read my posting My worst boss ever. I just got a negative review as well. They picked on any little thing. The owner and director took me into the office to go over it,they yelled at me and talked down to me. I think its because they are jealous and insecure.I do very well and they can't find much wrong so nitpick. For not putting space after a period,I got written up and yelled at. The male one complained because I don't always say good morning to him. I am pretty and he is this fat old man,who stinks and picks his nose. What's the big deal. It doesn't matter to me if someone says good morning or not.Its like he gets some thrill if I talk to him, because he has no life.I signed it,but only agreeing to my own marks, maybe I shouldn't have like you. What do you think of my situation.90% of the company has left. Both of the bosses stink and pic their nose!
