My worst boss ever

I am female,have a female boss who is the owner.

She is a millionare,gave us paycuts,so downt minimum wage.

She stinks of BO,picks her nose right in front of employees and clients.

She bitches at me,yells so loud if I say anything,when i first started a guy told me its the same reason that before i started a girl got up and ran out the door and never came back.another guy recently got up and ran out the door.She goes out of her way to make a person feel bad.she yells at people in front of everyone else.She picks on me if I make any tiny mistake.As if she is perfect.She makes way more mistakes than me,once he yelled at me when i did a proposal correct the first time,she made me do it a different way which was incorrect.i have cried so many times.90% of the company has left since i started there.another girl cried in front of our director because the bitches husband also owns the place and yelled at that girl.What would any of you do?
