    Unhealthy Culture

I work for a copany which prides itself on the health of the company as well as the food we serve. I have and a experiencing the unhealthy culture of the business. Although I do believe in the owner's core values and vision, i feel tht the leadership tht they hv euntrused is failing misserably.Bad behavior, but so-called top performers is totally tolerated.A manager had theie car vandalized by an employee, but because she is deeemed a top performer, he didnt even report it. An employment applicant was not hired because the hiring manager was told only Hispanics were hired for the position. As diverse as the hourly staff may be,management and exec positons are held by White males. I want to screa and shout about this, but I'm hardly seen, so how can I be heard?
