BAD BOSS

MY BOSS IS CRAZY, HSE IS A CONTROL FREAK AND CONSTATLY PICKS A ON CERTAIN EMPLOYEES. LATELY SHE WRITES ME UP FOR ANYTHING AND EVERTHING. SHE FINDS FAULT IN ALL THAT I DO. I KNOW SHE NEEDS TO CUT PAYROLL AS BUSINESS IS SO SLOW. SHE IS TRYHING TO GET ME QUIT OR BE ABLE TO HAVE ENOUGH WRITE UPS SO WHEN SHE FIRES ME I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FILE UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS. THIS IS WHAT SHE DOES EVERYTIME. SHE HATES TO PAY FOR UNEMPLOYMENT ( MY BOSS IS THE BUSINESS OWNER). I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB BUT BEFORE I FIND ONE I DO NOT WANT TO BE FIRED FOR ALL HER WRITE UPS AND OF EVERY TYPE OF FAULT POSSIBLE. SHE GOES BACK YEARS AND REMEMBERS THINGS TO WRITE UP ON. THANKS FOR ALL EVERYONES HELP IN THIS MATTER

Here i just replied this to someone else so i kinda know how you feel:
Read my posting My worst boss ever. I just got a negative review as well. They picked on any little thing. The owner and director took me into the office to go over it,they yelled at me and talked down to me. I think its because they are jealous and insecure.I do very well and they can't find much wrong so nitpick. For not putting space after a period,I got written up and yelled at. The male one complained because I don't always say good morning to him. I am pretty and he is this fat old man,who stinks and picks his nose. What's the big deal. It doesn't matter to me if someone says good morning or not.Its like he gets some thrill if I talk to him,because he has no life.I signed it,but only agreeing to my own marks,maybe I shouldn't have like you.What do you think of my situation.90% of the company has left.Both of the bosses stink and pic their nose!

OMG!!!!! I have the same problem. For 10 yrs I dealt with this jerk. He made me feel incompetent. Everyday he would tell me how no one liked me and how bad I was at my job. He made me sign a piece of paper (describing all the things I did was wrong at work) which non of this was true. But if I didn't sign this paper, I would be fired. I finally quit last week after 10 yrs with him, and now he is trying to protect his "butt" and making all sorts of lies about me. Many girls have left because of him, because of the verbal & mental abuse. He is off the wall.
We somehow, someway, need to band together to stop this abuse, whether it be a spouse or a boss. It has to stop. It's very obvious that these abusers can feel that they can get away with this. It's just as bad, or worse than physical abuse.
Let's somehow start some kind of band to stop the abuse. Let's make it available to the public. How many other people are in our same situation? Let's make our goal to get on OPRAH!!!!! |
