    Control Freak

How do I deal with a boss who is a control freak? I believe he has Bipolar Disorder also. One thing I have done is to let him do most of my work for me. Makes my job a lot easier. Doing this of course could jeopardize my advancement at work. Do I really want to be in charge of a control freak anyway? He likes to go to the head manager and pat himself on the back and put the rest of us workers down. He like to belittle me and the other workers. He is a nasty person at work and in his everyday life outside of work. People who use to be friends with him now hate him. He is a liar also. One idea I have to deal with him is to overload him with many questions and constantly ask him for help. Maybe he'll become sooo stressed out he quits.
