    being a work puppet and not get the recognizaton for it

    i have been working for this cleaning company before and ;left to go to school.. i jus returned this year and i was told to get my position back i needed to be back 6 months to be a supervisor...funny, but any way my supervisor does completely nothing st work i thought she was to be supervising us, she doesnt she would leave the site and go to the store's go on her own lunch or smoke break's when she feels like it...but when the work comes back done wrong or slightly off she yells at us like the hell we was being supervised or something, i do all her work...i feel like im her puppet and when a good idea comes to play in which it is mine she gets the best supervisor award for it how? my other co-workers wint speak up on it to the boss but i think i wouldnt help anyway because shes been there for so long...one more question if your manager and you are having as convosation and he says oh ididnt know u know how to do hair and you say yea i been doing hair when he comes back with the reply well i dont let females do my hair who i cant sleep with!!!!!!!!!! what is that???? help cause im bout ready to quit this one...
