The Owner of this company micromanages every dept. within the company himself. The company has over 100 employees and the company suffers from the owners actions. Good employees quit hense there being a high turnover rate at the company. He fires employees when he gets tired of them even if they are good workers. This company has been in business since 1984 and other companies of the same type have been in business for less time and have become bigger and better and the employees for those companies like their jobs. I am currently working their and I'm trying to get another job, but the market is tight right now for web designers/graphic designers. How can I make my time there less frustrating.

Reply: Double up on your job search efforts and remember that you control your frustration levels ultimately so let go emotionally.

Reply: if you are still there, just assure him he is always right and never have an opinion of your own. You'll be in like flint until you're ready to go. But be careful, if he thinks you're weak he'll abuse you. So keep your head up.
