what I realized on how to deal with an evil boss?

I realised that evil will never prevail but Good will . Whatever is done in the dark will be revealed in the light. Honestly speaking, it is better to remain calm and let God be the one to deliver us. We cannot rescue ourselves from Evil Bosses. We will never win, especially if they own the place. Actually they know that we know how evil they are and so they will do everything in their power to let us feel as though we are doing soemthing wrong. We know that they are unfair. They know that too, but they are rich and greedy and think that they control their HEARTBEATS,but fortunately they can't. We need to fight to stop workplace abuse.......We are adults and should be treated with respect in the workplace. Don't let the evil Boss steal your peace. I promised I won't let that happen...Look at them in the eyes and smile as much as you can. Use that weapon for the time being. I will be using that tomorrow at work. Smile with meaning. Smile and think, oh boy! oh boy! nothing that you do will ever steal my joys today. Let me know how it works for you. Good Night everyone!

Reply: The more I smile the more the old hag retaliates against me. I am young and gorgeous, does this give that dried up hag the right to abuse me in the work place? Sometimes I hide and cry. Then I go back out and smile. Just because I am pretty does not mean I am immune to mean people. But I will keep smiling like you do. Good luck to you. I will pray for you and for all good people. I do not want evil to win either.

Reply: I just began working in a school where an omni-present female boss has fired female and male teacher like hell in 2 years. She uses young female teachers to seduce men and know if they disagree with her. I'm a man and think this is unethical. She is not only evil, she is mad. No, I have not been seduced.

Reply: Laughter is the best medicine. It's true that your smile is your best weapon in dealing with an evil boss. Letting go is the ultimate solution to stop feeling miserable because whatever you do you won't change your boss. For those who are interested, there's an iphone app that helps you deal and entertain yourself with evil bosses, it's called psychoboss.
