This will make your day if you think your boss is an idiot

Mine bought a company because he was out of work. He is absolutely clueless how to run or manage ANYTHING. The co.has leads that are web-based (though he's attempts to ruin the website also) which is the only reason he still has customers. But he wrecks any relationship 98% of the time because he can't communicate, can't sell and is a rude and condescending and overpriced. It's all about him feeling empowered or important by being THE BOSS/THE OWNER. He totally slaughters the English language with his mid-western slang-ie: I'll sent them guys out there if you want but if you just stick your hand in that thing and turn that dealy you can fix that there thing. I mean, I can't even re-construct it because I don't know how to talk like that! But then he TRIES to write weirdly fornal "contracts" (and he has a "contract" for every lttle friggen thing) and "Email" Like he'll say in an email: "If you like, we can perform that work whilst on site." and "It was a pleasure to meet you and your sirs". I'm sure he hits the thesaurus and tries to insert immportant-sounding words. Thinks that if he uses British words, he will appear educated. His favorite answers to anyone are: "I Know" and "I don't know". You can not tell him or suggest anything. Don't bother speaking because he already knows it all. He pays me $20 hr to basically take messages on little scraps of paper (I'm not allowed to have a message book) and write up invoices, etc that he dictates word for word and totals in Excel, so he can verify how Quickbook calculates! But I am called the office mgr and refered to as "her". He insults the crew and customers all day, every day. He's taken a suceessful company and has ruined it by changing everything that worked to "his way". He cheats everyone, he's totally inconsistent, can't schedule. Messes up everything, wastes everyone's time. Obviously I can go on. This is the worse case of a clueless, contol freak narcisssit I have ever encountered and I'm 58 years old. He plays on the computer all day, crunches Fritos (loudly) burps, sneezes, sighs constantly (he's incredibly lazy, so a movement is a major effort elicitng a SIGH). Spits tobacco in the garbage cans & bathroom sink.I have never heard him say excuse me. Rather, the bigger the burp, the prouder he is. Like he'll Exclaim "OH!" (a good one!) hahahhahahaha. Amazing.
