    Fired from salary position

I was recently fired from a salary position paid weekly on Fridays. This position included a 4 day work week and 7 days on-call status. Time runs Sunday to Sunday. I was on-call Sunday, Monday was a holiday and the whole office had the day off, I continued to be on-call. Tuesday morning I arrived and worked appx. 30 min. then was fired. On Tuesday I was in the office for 2 hours. I'm not sure what is considered fair for compensation. She is wanting to pay for 2 1/2 days on-call and call it even. Monday was a holiday and was a scheduled work day for me, and I did come into work for 2 hours on Tuesday. Is it fair to ask for partial salary? How is that determined? My boss is being very irrational and I would like to be fair regarding compensation.
