I don't have a problem with my bosses,in fact I like them.I have a problem with 4 co-workers. One is a know it all and a crab and I feel that she's always watching me.She is so sweet to her other co-workers and all I get is a crabby good morning or a goodbye. In the beginning I use to be friends with her after 15 years I don't know what happen. The next one belittle me in front of a friend and patrons,my friend confront her and I got mad and gave it right back to my co-worker.Guess who almost had to go in front of a grievance committee "ME." Thats because I'm part time and she's full time. I got in a tiff with her once before and the funny part of it, we were friends in the beginning too, I even help her to move. The next one thinks she just great. She's a shop stewart and on the health and safety board. No one gave her that job,she only got it because nobody wanted it.Two of my ex-bosses got transfer because she started trouble with them. She used my boss's office when she wasn't there to do union business. You don't do that. She got another co-worker transfer who I became good friends with because she applied for the full position and my friend got it so she went to the arbiter and stated that she should have gotten the full time position, guess what she did. Shes always talking about herself. One day I heard 3 times in 15 mins. of how far she walk the boardwalk .The 4th one just fell into that little click and she can't be trusted with anything. They're always whispering when I'm near by and I don't really give a rip of what they're talking about.I call them the "B" girls. The "A" girls are great, I get along with them and they're alot of fun to be with, in fact we go out to dinner alot. Why do I stay there, you ask,I like where I am and I like the "A" girls. It won't pay for me to go to another branch with the gas prices the way it is right now. I just put up with the "B" girls, do my work and in 4 hrs I could leave. One of the "B" girls is getting up in years and should retire soon, I hope and when she does, I'll get drunk. Thanks for listening.
