Screaming berating boss

I just started working as a department manager at a warehouse store. The team leader, Deb jumps on me over every little thing. She didn't give me a handbook and yelled at me for wearing the wrong type of shoes (white instead of black) today. She accused me of being a liar when I said I didn't have a handbook and no one had explained the dress code to me. My department recently passed a corporate evaluation with flying colors and the district manager loves me yet she throws a fit over the smallest thing! I called the district manager crying today after the incident and he said he'd talk to her about it. She does this to everyone and had made other people cry like she did to me. What can I do?
