Does voluntary resignation requires separation pay or any payment from the employer?

Payment would be extremely unlikely as the resignation is voluntary on the part of the employee. Check with your state govenment to verify that you are not entitled to any separation pay in view of any special circumstances that may exist regarging your voluntary resignation. Ditto if you're in Canada (just change the word "state" to "province"). |
